Where Were They Before Working With Us?
Prior to our engagement, More Labs was focused on expanding its product lineup and distribution network. By 2021, the company was expanding its distribution network from its initial e-commerce focus to a widespread retail distribution. During this period, More Labs had secured $18.9 million in funding, to fuel product development and overall business expansion. This financial backing provided the company with the resources needed to innovate and scale their operations in a rapidly evolving industry.

What Problems Were They Facing?
Despite initial success, More Labs was experiencing double-digit revenue declines. Additionally, More Labs faced regulatory scrutiny regarding marketing claims for their flagship product, Morning Recovery. As a result, they were required to tone down hangover recovery claims and remove specific taglines and hashtags related to liver health. These regulatory constraints posed a significant challenge to their marketing strategy and brand messaging. More Labs needed a marketing partner that could help them navigate these complex issues, develop a robust brand and marketing strategy to drive revenue and reconnect with their core consumer base while adhering to regulatory requirements.
