Who Are They?

More Labs is a health and wellness company dedicated to creating science-backed supplements that combat modern-day stressors. Their mission is to help people live smarter and do more. Key products include Morning Recovery, a liver-boosting hangover drink; Liquid Focus, a nootropic beverage to enhance focus; Dream Well, a holistic sleep solution; and Aqua+ a powdered drink with immunity and probiotic varieties. More Labs emphasizes the use of natural ingredients and backs their products with clinical data.

Where Were They Before Working With Us?

By 2021, More Labs had secured $18.9 million in funding to accelerate product development and expand both their DTC and retail presence. The company was focused on growing its product portfolio and scaling distribution. With strong financial backing, they were well-positioned to innovate—but needed the right marketing leadership to translate that momentum into sustainable revenue growth.

Despite early success, More Labs was experiencing double-digit revenue declines. Compounding the issue, regulatory scrutiny around their flagship product Morning Recovery forced the company to revise marketing claims and remove specific taglines and hashtags related to liver health. These restrictions significantly impacted their brand messaging and marketing effectiveness.
