Who Are They?

Proced Human Health Project (HHP) is a nonprofit dedicated to advancing global health equity through peer-to-peer support, accessible educational content, and real-world health data. The organization empowers individuals to make informed healthcare decisions through trusted, community-driven resources.

Where Were They Before They Worked With Us?

HHP had a strong mission and meaningful programming, including virtual workshops and health education. However, brand visibility was low, engagement was stagnant, and internal marketing efforts lacked coordination following the departure of their Chief Marketing Officer.

What Problems Were They Facing?

​Despite offering impactful programs, Human Health Project lacked a clear brand strategy and struggled to differentiate in a crowded digital health landscape. The organization lacked a strong grasp of its target audience, positioning, and messaging, resulting in diluted communication and low visibility. Following the departure of their previous CMO, the internal team lacked strategic leadership, resulting in fragmented marketing efforts and inconsistent execution. Without a defined direction or the right talent in place, HHP was unable to scale awareness or accelerate growth.

What Did I Do To Solve It?

  • Developed a refreshed brand strategy - clarifying targeting, positioning, and messaging

  • Took over as interim marketing lead, hiring, firing, and rebuilding the team

  • Created a unified marketing vision and integrated strategy across digital, social, SEO, newsletters, and email

  • Launched campaigns to promote virtual health workshops and introduced performance tracking across all touchpoints

  • Mentored and structured the team for consistent, scalable execution
